Unfortunately, Sincerely Homemade does not accept refunds. A majority of our items are custom or personalized. However, I strive to make sure the item I am sending you is exactly what you are ordering. During the process of making the custom item I will reach out to your several times with photos. During this process you can change or tweak your item.
